Saxon Power & the Glory is a pivotal, heavier, and more polished New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) album, praised for its powerful title track and anthemic feel, but sometimes seen as less raw than earlier works ,making a step towards American markets with a more direct, epic metal sound that some fans found a slight shift from their classic trilogy. Strong production-killer riffs , Biff Buford's soaring vocals, and standout tracks like Redline and The Eagle has landed" ,though some find weaker moments like "This Town Rocks" and a perceived move away from pure NWOBHM Roots . This Japanese Edition comes with SHM-CD Sound in a nice Cardboard Sleeve - Five from Five Stars !
