CDJapan Customer Feedback

The information on the website regarding item availability needs improvement. It frequently happens that albums listed as available turn out to be out of stock upon purchase.

The shipping packaging could be a bit more sturdy.

I often check for new vinyl releases, and the only thing that sometimes annoys me is that they often lack a preview image or get uploaded later than on other websites. Also, the fact that—despite the really huge selection—it doesn't always have everything I’d like, such as the new Katamari vinyl.

The packaging designs across Jay Chou's CD series are inconsistent. Hope The Era will not follow Caparicorn style.

I have been ordering cds from cd Japan for years always great and I will keep ordering in future

Arrived lightning fast, thoroughly and securely packed, and in perfect shape! Awesome as always! Thank you!

The online purchase experience has been excellent since Day 1 I discovered CD Japan. Well done and keep it up.

Box was packed very well and everything arrived safely!

The Team of CDjapan was very helpful in times, when the EU started new customer taxes.

Le choix du transporteur est depuis quelques mois, inaccessible, et reste bas sur une commande plus ancienne.

The packaging is not bad. The vinyl purchased will occasionally top out. Please strengthen the packaging.

The packaging is insufficient. Despite selecting the 800‑yen reinforced‑packaging option each time, my shipments have still sustained damage upon arrival.

Everything is going well in all aspects, and I hope it can be maintained.

Please consider adding China's SF Express as an express delivery option

I was genuinely impressed with this purchase from start to finish. Shipping was lightning-fast – I chose standard delivery, but my package arrived in two business days. The tracking system sent real‑time updates via email and SMS, so I never had to guess where my order was. Packaging deserves special praise: the box was sturdy, and all items were carefully wrapped in recyclable kraft paper and air pillows. There was minimal plastic, which I really appreciate. Customer support was another highlight – I had a small issue with a missing instruction manual, so I used the live chat. The agent replied within 30 seconds, apologised sincerely, and emailed me a PDF manual immediately. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was fine. That level of attentiveness is rare. Overall, this was a seamless, stress‑free experience. Fast shipping, sustainable packaging, and responsive support – I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Your performance is very well. And it's very convenient to purchase via CDJAPAN.
