In 1978, Shiro Sagisu participated in the debut album of The Square (T-SQUARE) as an arranger, and released his own debut album "Eyes" in 1979! Since then, he has been active as a composer and arranger for 43 years, and has been involved in countless hit albums, as well as working as a producer for many albums and artists. However, Shiro Sagisu's sees himself as a composer/arranger and a recording artist. It is not uncommon for a composer to release a single album, but there only a few examples in Japan or abroad of a composer releasing ten albums in the same series in twenty years.
