[Machine Translation] Weber's opera "Euryanthe" is aptly called a "great heroic-romantic opera," as the well-known overture suggests. The film was recorded at the Cagliari Opera House, which is very active in German opera. Pizzi's direction creates a love-hate medieval romance, and Prokina's beautiful voice as Euryanthe, a beautiful woman who is tossed about by her surroundings, is a delight to listen to.
