The first 2014 tour by Millennium Crimson came at a time when it was unclear whether the band would end after just one year or continue. The four consecutive nights of performances from September 18 to 21 became historic shows that revealed a future that would continue through 2021. This must-listen live album for fans is composed of the best takes from those New York performances. Post-Nuovo Metal Crimson came to an end in August 2008 when its tour ended at the same venue where this work was recorded, although the venue name had changed. Six years later, the group made its return as Millennium Crimson, and these fateful New York performances took place while it was still unclear whether this lineup would continue from 2015 onward. Fired by the enthusiastic cheers of the audience, Millennium Crimson became a firm presence and would go on to continue its activities into the future. Each performance has already been released as a DGMLive download and as a CD via NUGS, but this release serves as an introduction to the 2014 tour ahead of the package scheduled for release in the second half of this year, which will contain audio from all performances of the 2014 tour on Blu-ray media. The Japanese edition will be released as an SHM-CD in an E-style cardboard sleeve.
