Like "Saving Private Ryan" (especially its opening segment) before it, Ridley Scott's "Black Hawk Down" tries its best to put the audience into the shoes (boots) of the soldiers in a battle, and it does a remarkable job of it. The cast includes Josh Hartnett ("Pearl Harbor"), Eric Bana ("The Castle"), Tom Sizemore ("Saving Private Ryan"), and Ewan McGregor ("Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones").
