The Kakishibuzome series uses only high-quality goat hair, Saikoho.
The exceptionally soft Saikoho is used, and the tips are dyed with Kakishibuzome (persimmon tannin dye) in a nostalgic color like dusk.
Persimmon tannin is a completely natural dye that has been passed down since the Heian period in Japan, and has antibacterial properties and is used in various everyday situations.
One of the charms is that the color penetrates over time, deepens, and develops a deep texture.
*As this is a type of plant dye, the color may fade when washed. Enjoy the texture that changes the more you use it.
*As this is a hand-dyed product, the color of the actual product may differ from the image.
Saikoho (high-quality goat hair) is used for the tips.
The handle is made of natural wood, and the grain of the wood is visible through the design, giving it a luxurious feel.
