A new-sensation "zombie x youth comedy" begins in a world overflowing with zombies! Broadcasting starts in October 2026! Blu-ray Volume 1 is released! The original work is "#I'm Looking For a Zombie," which was serialized in Comic Dengeki DAIOHG (Kadokawa) from 2022. Shinya Une, who directed "Rent-a-Girlfriend (Season 3)," has been appointed as director, and Kyohei Suzuki as assistant director. Animation is produced by Studio Comet. "This is the wrong person... no, the wrong zombie". It has been 13 years since "Red Day," when 90 percent of humanity was infected with a mysterious disease and died, and the survivors had left the cities to live in an isolated village. Aki, of the new generation with no memories of the time before the collapse, leaves the village with childhood friends Natsuki and Haru to search for the father who once left the village. Outside the village, zombies are everywhere. Even so, the "outside world" they experience for the first time is vast, fresh, and beautiful! Joined by Yu and Sakura, whom they meet along the way, the boys and girls begin a harsh yet fun new life. This is a zombie-filled "non-slice-of-life" entertainment drawn by Katsuwo, creator of "Mitsuboshi Colors" and "Hitori Bocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu"! Episodes 1 to 4 are included.
