[Machine Translation] [Malaco 1000 Best Selection] Inheriting the tradition of Stax Records and High Records, Malaco Records, the famous label loved by soul fans all over the world as the savior of Southern Soul in the 80's, has released 30 masterpieces (plus 3 compilations) for only 1,000 yen! The Funky Gospel Band led by Bill Moss, who is also known as the father of J Moss, a very successful producer who has worked on everything from Descha to In Sync and Boys 2 Men, and whose works on the famous West Bound label are popular on the used market as rare groove masterpieces, has released this southern gospel album on Malaco Records. A great masterpiece of gospel funk from the South! The funky organ bursting groove of "Joy Is Waiting For You" and the heavy bass line and the thick female vocals of "Lord I Think You For My Miracle" will make funk lovers swoon in agony. The funky numbers are as good as those of Marva Whitney and Lynn Collins. The gospel band's uplifting slow number is also a must-have for soul fans. ( 1983 ) Includes commentary and original jacket.
