From the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club original work "Kamen Rider Genms" comes a new TTFC original series. It depicts the battle between the super intelligence "Zain", which concluded that in order to eliminate malice, humanity itself must be destroyed after learning human goodwill, and "Kamen Rider (Outsiders)", who can even wield the power of evil to achieve his goals. An unprecedented plan "Project Outsiders" to unite the powers of evil for the future of humanity begins. A grand story that crosses over the worlds of successive series, containing all 8 episodes from ep.0 to ep.7. Bonus footage includes a collection of trailers (subject to change).
