A Blu-ray containing footage from two events, "Break My Case HALLOWEEN NIGHTMARE" held on October 11, 2025 and "Break My Case 3rd Conference" held on Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, 2026, is released. The Deluxe Edition comes with a deluxe event reading-drama script book that contains the reading dramas newly written for the events, "Delightful den of evil" (performed at "Break My Case HALLOWEEN NIGHTMARE") and "once shared / never shared / unshared" (performed at "Break My Case 3rd Conference"), together with the pre-show and post-show announcements from each performance. Both the Regular Edition and the Deluxe Edition come with a special booklet carrying photos taken specially at the events, and an earliest priority application ticket with an application code (valid only in Japan) for a cast event scheduled to be held in 2027 (subject to change).
