The Blu-ray release of the theatrical advance edition "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-" is now available. Directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki, who served as director on the "Rebuild of Evangelion" series, with series composition by Yoji Enokido and mechanical design by Ikuto Yamashita, this title brings together a distinguished staff lineup. The theme song features Kenshi Yonezu "Plazma", and the insert songs include Hoshimachi Suisei "Mou Dou Natte mo Iiya" and NOMELON NOLEMON "Midnight Reflection", with prominent artists participating. A high school girl, Amate Yuzuriha, who had been living a peaceful life in a space colony floating in outer space, becomes involved in an illegal mobile suit duel competition known as Clan Battle after meeting a girl named Nyaan. Taking the entry name Machu, Amate pilots GQuuuuuuX and throws herself into days of fierce battles. Around the same time, an unidentified mobile suit known as Gundam, pursued by both the space forces and the police, and its pilot, a boy named Shuji, appear before her. And the world was about to enter a new era. This set includes the main feature 4K ULTRA HD Blu-ray, the main feature Blu-ray, and a bonus Blu-ray. The bonus Blu-ray disc includes teaser footage, trailers, the main trailer, Promotion Reel, Promotion Reel 2, a TV commercial collection, special footage identical to the footage added after the screening of the main feature at the time of the theatrical release of "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-", and stage greeting footage.
